The 7^th Annual Denton County Homeless Veterans Stand Down focused on Veterans At Risk or Experiencing Homelessness was successful.  It was held on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at the Denton Civic Center, Denton, Tx.

Thirty-Four local organizations attended this event, offering help for many different services and support categories.  Each Veteran receive a hot meal, haircuts, personal health testing, immunization shots, cognitive testing, HIV & Hep C Testing, employment services, housing programs, warm clothing, boots, and other essential life supporting programs.

The assistance and outpouring received from our communities and help offered by these organizations once again proves the Denton County Community really cares and is ready to help our Veterans and Families improve their Life.
